  6. Urutan adonan sbb (@ +/- 50 ml): warna ungu – putih – ungu – putih – biru – putih – biru – putih – hijau – putih – hijau – putih – kuning – putih – kuning – putih – oranye – putih – oranye.
  7. Setelah adonan semua tertuang dlm loyang, kukus lagi +/- 20 menit.
  8. Keluarkan dr kukusan, tunggu hingga benar-benar dingin..
  9. Potong potong & sajikan..
  10. Note: warna optional tergantung selera masing-masing. Setiap akan menuang adonan warna diselingi warna putih.

Add a little more rose pink colour to the last layer to make it a deeper shade of pink. Leave Kuih Lapis to cool completely after steamed and invert the cake pan to knock out the kuih. Grease knife with little oil before cutting. Blue sapphires with slight violet hues are still top color.
